Our expertise in Urban Design, Community Residential, Custom Homes, Commercial Recreational, and Design Visualization is the breadth of our professional services.

Founded in 1976 by Doug Dahlin, AIA, Dahlin Group is lead by a management team of twelve principals and 180 professionals from our Pleasanton, San Francisco, Solana Beach, and Beijing, China offices, including architects, planners, designers, graphic artists, computer renderers, and administrators. Our team of design professionals is the key to your projects’ success. For your project, selected members of our staff will be organized around a project manager, who will maintain continuity from initial design concept to completion of construction to assure that your project objectives are met.

Dahlin Group’s opening of a full service office in the People’s Republic of China is the result of our commitment to bringing the best qualities of Western residential planning and architecture to our clients in China. The office serves a client base of developers throughout the country including the major cities of Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai. Our projects in China range from urban, high-rise communities to low density master planned developments.
