Intern Architects

Recent graduates to three years experience with an accredited architecture degree - Dahlin Group offers a three-year, internship and training program designed to give recent graduates the experience and development that will aid in their understanding of construction and their ability to pass the California licensing exams. Our internship program incorporates the NCARB Intern Development Program (IDP) as part of a comprehensive career management curriculum. Dahlin Group supports individuals with IDP registration fees, workbook completion, mentorship and supervisory direction. When you start with our team, you will spend your first month with us training in CAD. Then you'll be assigned to a project team and participate in as many as four or five projects in your first year.

We offer standard benefits and overtime pay, but most importantly a training/mentorship program and reviews for performance and promotion every six months. We can help you grow as fast as you want to! Our task over your first three years will be to deliver the training and project experience you need to fulfill your professional goals as an architect.

 

Job Captains and Project Architects

Minimum two years experience with an accredited architecture degree - Dahlin Group offers job captains and project architects the variety and opportunity to take on bigger challenges throughout your career. We also offer the stability of a well established firm with benefits, projects and scope of work that come from long standing client relationships.

Furthermore, our opportunities are spread in three basic areas:
Residential - all types with major design and client responsibilities available.
Commercial - Our variety of projects span the West Coast: major recreation facilities; churches; university work; community facilities; office buildings and golf and country clubs.
Urban Planning - international and local projects for government and private developers where architects have a key role in the development of communities.
