Two DAHLIN projects took home a Platinum award in the 2023 NAHB Best in American Living Awards. Avance by DAHLIN client, MidPen Housing, was recognized in the Best Affordable Housing, Multifamily Community category and 3Roots Wellness Center by DAHLIN clients Lennar Homes, Shea Homes, and CalWest was recognized in Best Community Facility, 1000+ Units. 3Roots Wellness Center represents DAHLIN's interior design work, a newer service offering relative to our architecture and planning services.
