Located on a peninsula of land of great natural beauty and unique physical characteristics, approximately half of the site is planned for residential and the remainder reserved in open space and non-residential for community use, support and enjoyment. Key pedestrian and travel corridors traverse the site and define the riverfront edge to create an organized framework of exclusive villages and neighborhoods.

Dazhou Bay Village is the first of many urban residential neighborhoods planned within this new premier town. The first village overlooks and defines the riverfront edge with a park that navigates the length of the new town with trails and recreational amenities.
