Dublin Senior Center is a community and social resource for local seniors. The 15,000-square-foot facility is organized into three major functions: a multipurpose/dining hall with kitchen; lounge with central administrative spaces and building functions; and classroom spaces for arts and crafts, card playing, educational seminars and a computer resource center. Multiple patios flank the facility and serve as indoor/outdoor extensions of gathering areas. The Dublin Senior Center was developed in conjunction with the adjacent senior housing project and designed to meet LEED Silver specifications.
