Elevation

Replacing a defunct shopping center and introducing life back to an aging suburban neighborhood, Elevation is a form-based design that employs recessed windows, color and texture to create a timeless and fresh style. Metal roofing is used on small roof areas to give homes a reference to the adjacent retail buildings that complete the context of the established community. The small footprints of these homes are flexible and adaptable to many lifestyles creating variety between first floor bedroom suites that open to private courtyards, second floor living spaces, and third floor retreats.
