Located in a picturesque valley of rolling hills and reserve lands, Fanita is a new community featuring a town center, man-made recreational lake and four distinct neighborhoods. The town center is organized by a quaint main street with a community recreation facility, marketplace, shops, a chapel, day spa and live/work units. Along with the physical planning, DAHLIN developed design guidelines with an architectural style based on an eclectic mix of contemporary details with a "western" motif, using traditional materials such as brick, stone, wood, and board and batten siding.
