Nettleton Mansion

  • Kirkland, Washington
  • CamWest Development

Originally built in 1914, the Nettleton Mansion was later remodeled, and then used as a funeral home for more than 75 years.

Now, as part of a 25-new-home development plan, the structure was relocated to a park-like setting within the site and restored with its original details and an updated plan for a 21st century family. Maintaining much of its original architectural form and style, the Nettleton Mansion establishes the new charm and character of the community. Views of Lake Washington are offered from the expansive front porch and every corner of the home.
