Framing magnificent views to the Qixianling Mountains, the gatehouse of the Seven Goddess Resort is a breathtaking entryway. Feng shui played a role in many aspects of the design, including the width and orientation of the entry, the number of steps and the integration of water. The architectural character of the guard houses was inspired by Asian, vernacular tropical structures and sets the precedent for the character of the rest of the resort development.
