Tustin Legacy

Located at the site of the former Marine Corps Air Station, this 2,200-acre site is one of the largest remaining development sites in Orange County. Marked by two iconic hangars, these monumental structures speak to the heritage of the site and are key to the design. As the lead designer, the community plan connects a regional park to an internal looping greenbelt that serves as a primary pedestrian and bicycle route. 63 acres of parks and residential neighborhoods are served by retail, education, and recreation facilities.
