Artesian Estates homes feature grand entertaining spaces inside and out, chef-par kitchens, incredible owner's suites, bonus rooms, and optional guest suites or private cabanas in a combination of single-level and two-story homes. Each home is individually plotted on a half-acre lot specific to its individual lot conditions and views.
Because no two homes are plotted alike, the homes have a semi-custom quality to them and collectively as a neighborhood. Six elevations were designed per each plan in three different architectural styles: Hacienda, Palm Beach and Andalusian, creating a very unique neighborhood. In addition to the uniqueness of each home's configuration relative to the street character, the designs also faced height restrictions with the La Jolla viewshed, and compliance with higher wildfire zone construction parameters.
Resident amenity highlights include neighborhood parks, solar-heated swimming pools, picturesque trails and preserved open space.
