Passion for Place® drives exceptional award-winning design.

Three DAHLIN projects advance as finalists in the 2022 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards. The awards program highlights creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design, and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace.

This year, the firm's affordable housing work is recognized in two of its project finalists. NOVA Apartments supports permanent and affordable housing in Oakland for people who formerly experienced homelessness, providing them with an opportunity to thrive within their community and establish more productive lives with safe and stable housing. Across the San Francisco Bay, Arroyo Green Apartments also addresses the urgent need for affordable senior living on the San Francisco Peninsula. It is one of eight projects in Redwood City's Downtown Precise Plan and recognized for supporting and promoting more dense housing options in the downtown's transformation and identity as a vibrant, local hub. DAHLIN's third project, The Shores in Oceanside, is a finalist in the category of Best Condominium Community with beach-inspired, contemporary coastal casitas of this seaside lifestyle neighborhood. Winners will be announced in February 2023.

Congratulations to all clients and project teams for their collaborative spirit and project design excellence. Our shared commitment to Passion for Place® pushes the limits of innovative residential and community design.
