Even given these times of pandemic and unchartered territory, the legacy continues with PCBC’s 57th Annual Gold Nugget Awards.

This year, Gold Nugget Grand Awards were announced on Friday, July 24th in a virtual awards presentation with video acceptance speeches to continue the celebration and recognition of our industry's top innovators in design, planning and development.

DAHLIN's project The Link was awarded a Gold Nugget Grand Award for Innovative Housing. Removing barriers and embracing access by linking individuals physically, economically and socially, The Link studies the idea of creating a multigenerational community that challenges some of the current thoughts on how we live in neighborhoods today. The cluster of modular homes addresses accessibility and aesthetics, efficiency and housing affordability, and champions diversity and inclusiveness in a shared communal environment. Three other DAHLIN projects also received an Award of Merit in categories for best affordable housing community and best multifamily housing community. Congratulations to our clients and the project teams.
