Five DAHLIN projects are announced as finalists in two awards programs of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Highlighting the excellent work and accomplishments of housing industry professionals this 2020 year, five DAHLIN projects qualify between NAHB's Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards and Best in American Living Awards programs.

In partnership with Affirmed Housing and PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) Ventures, Villas on the Park has created a regional model for Silicon Valley cities focused on permanent local housing for local homeless. The project is a finalist in the category of Best Affordable Development (up to 100 units) in the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program, providing affordable housing and supportive services with a combination of permanent and interim housing units.

Four other residential projects: The Link, Abbott Oaks, Homestead at Irby Ranch and Waterline, are also recognized as finalists in the Best in American Living Awards program in four separate categories. In the unique Game Changer category that "showcases innovation with the ability to significantly influence residential design and the housing industry over the next five years," The Link proposes to remove barriers and embrace access by linking individuals physically, economically, socially, and multi-generationally. The project study proposes efficient and affordable housing alternatives that champion diversity and inclusiveness in a shared communal environment.

Congratulations to all clients and project teams for their collaborative spirit, project design excellence, and endurance through the challenges of 2020. Our shared commitment to Passion for Place® pushes the limits of innovative residential and community design.
