"We know that amenities play a key role when people are choosing where to live and found that fitness facilities, social spaces and food and beverage offerings are among the top driving factors consumers look to when purchasing a new home."

-- Bill Olson, Newland Communities, Senior Vice President and Division Manager for Newland Communities

Presidio opens at Estrella as its second residents club. Located adjacent to Westar Elementary School and central to the neighborhoods of Montecito, this DAHLIN designed 18,500-square-foot facility, includes a morning café, which doubles as a beer/wine bar later in the day, a teaching/demonstration kitchen, and a fitness facility.

The clubhouse also boasts a large outdoor living space with a 650-square-foot patio, with misters, for the hot desert summer climate. Family-friendly and socially engaging, the outdoor space has everything from a fireplace to kid's splash pad, shade structures, barbecues, event lawn, and a pool building with covered loggia and outdoor shower and restrooms.
