Designed as a statement building positioned on a prominent commercial corner, 27 Eleven is a mixed-use multifamily community offering 320 units of much-needed affordable housing to an underutilized site in north-central Austin that previously contained a small, single-story bank building.

A joint venture between Paydar Properties and Argyle Residential, DAHLIN provided the initial concept design, working closely with the eventual AOR, Davies Collaborative. The mixed-use multifamily community features a contemporary architectural style with metal panels and warm wood tones. The project is currently under construction, and offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units as well as two office spaces. On-site amenities include the following: two courtyards, a club and lounge space, pool, fitness center, co-working area, sky lounge and terrace, and interior bike storage.
