As part of Save Mart Supermarkets’ re-branding plans, its Whitmore Plaza location was selected for an exterior remodel. The crumbling existing wood beams and columns were removed and replaced with clean, updated masses painted in vibrant colors. A mix of finishes and materials were applied to create visual hierarchy and define the entries of individual businesses along the shopping center’s long linear façade. Consistent signage over bright new exteriors has revived Save Mart and Whitmore Plaza as a shopping center of choice in the city of Ceres.
