Bella Vista is a captivating high-end community located in Orchard Hills adjacent to prospering avocado groves with exquisite views of Orange County. Three distinctively detailed model homes over 5,000 square feet were designed to accommodate the various homebuyer demographics. Lusso, the largest of the three plans, embraces contemporary luxury and industrial style with warm Zebrawood-cased openings that emphasize the architecture and voluminous ceilings. Three-dimensional materials, mixed metals, concrete, and marble converge throughout the home blending warm and cool tones in the color scheme, while plush fabrics, and faux fur contribute sophisticated softness to the interior. The transitional Altura model encompasses romantic Italian influences with crisp white wall paneling and coffered ceiling treatments, while a custom flooring pattern mixes classic marble and dark ebony wood at the grand entry and lower level. The natural stone and antique mirror kitchen backsplash, Venetian-inspired light fixtures, and polished chrome accents radiate glamour throughout. The Cielo model provides tranquil interior elements with light natural wood finishes, serene limestone, quartzite book matched slabs, and suspended sea-glass pendants at the grand duel staircase. Textural wall panels with a backlit surround become impactful in the master bedroom while vibrant seaside color tones create contrast with the organic material selections in surrounding areas.
