The factory-built tiny homes are 8’-6” x 20’ movable structures that provide 156 sqft of independent living with a kitchen, bed and bathroom. This building, made with stucco, corrugated metal siding, and wood elements, is a modern take on an agricultural inspired aesthetic. A warm, wood-and-glass community room opens to a central courtyard, intentionally blurring the line between indoors and out, while shared patios, turf, and garden areas encourage connection and respite. Together, these elements create a welcoming and secure environment that offers residents not just shelter, but a true place to call home.
