This conceptual residence was designed for the Park City Architectural & Design Showcase of Homes.
Nestled into the slope, the home’s placement maximizes daylight and panoramic views while minimizing its visual impact on the landscape. The architecture follows the natural contours of the site, creating a grounded presence that feels both secluded and open. Floor-to-ceiling and corner windows frame unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and ski resorts, while the home’s position within the vale provides a private perspective of the Painted Valley Golf Course.
Designed for family living and year-round entertaining, the residence features five bedrooms, generous gathering spaces, and amenities including a wellness center, sauna, game room, private study, and a cantilevered overlook set within the trees. Natural materials, expansive glazing, and strong indoor-outdoor connections define the home’s character, resulting in a refined yet welcoming retreat where architecture, art, and landscape are seamlessly integrated.
