In addition to the master plan, DAHLIN designed the architecture for townhomes at Peninsula Heights, a residential community located in the hills of San Mateo. The townhomes are positioned to take advantage of views toward the San Francisco Bay while contributing to a cohesive neighborhood environment.
The design responds to the site’s topography, incorporating a 35-foot grade change through terraced planning and a verdure wall system along Campus Drive. Community spaces both inward and outward facing create an inclusive setting for residents and neighbors, with playgrounds, picnic areas, fitness stations, and flexible green spaces.
Peninsula Heights transforms an underutilized business park into a modern residential community with a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and flats.
