The design for this whole site modernization school project includes interior environmental quality elements; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades; storage space; teaching and learning tools; and proper sizing of educational spaces. Campus-wide improvements will also include ADA improvements, structural review and upgrades, fire alarm, communication and security upgrades.
Whole site modernization of Pacific View Leadership Elementary includes three classroom buildings, Administration, Auditorium, and Pre-kindergarten buildings. New Administration building expansion, renovation of existing Administration Office, removal of existing portable buildings, and new joint-use parking with parent drop-off.
