Just outside of Olympia in the suburb of Lacey, Washington, College Glen Apartments needed improvements to upgrade the finishes and fixtures of its apartment homes to today’s living standards. The project objective also required the renovation of inclusive common areas that are accessible and provide amenities that celebrate today’s diverse lifestyles and promote healthy communities.
Amenities include a completely remodeled community clubhouse, fitness center, leasing center, conference room, great room lounge, playground, carport parking for tenants, onsite laundry facilities, and landscaped accessible pathways throughout the 8.8-acre campus.
