The 15,000-square-foot metal tilt-up facility accommodates district vehicles, maintenance operations, and storage needs, while organizing the site to streamline daily workflows and improve overall functionality. DAHLIN provided comprehensive architectural and site design services, integrating key site features such as a demonstration garden, bioretention swales for stormwater management, and a solar panel array to support the District’s sustainability goals.
The building’s pre-engineered framing system establish a clear-span, uncluttered interior that enables efficient organization of program elements. Within this flexible volume, new administrative offices, a boardroom, and a multi-purpose space are thoughtfully arranged to support daily operations, staff collaboration, and community engagement, including educational programming for CVSan’s Zero Waste Office division.
