The project features a warm, modern architecture with cedar siding, overhangs, board-formed concrete detailing, and expansive glazing. The design accommodates existing mature trees while integrating resident amenities such as a dog area with wash station, on-site fitness center, co-working spaces, and a rooftop lounge with BBQs. Sustainable strategies including green roofs and solar panels are paired with ground-level retail and a designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up area, supporting connectivity, convenience, and long-term livability within Austin’s urban context.
