Pendleton Elementary School combines facility modernization with a renewed campus identity. The project introduces a secure single point of entry, upgraded learning environments, and improvements to building systems, accessibility, storage, and campus safety.
Site enhancements include new playground equipment, refreshed play areas, and ADA path of travel upgrades that improve the student experience throughout the campus. Beyond the physical improvements, DAHLIN led the school's rebranding effort, developing a new mascot, signage, and wayfinding program that creates a cohesive sense of place.
The project also includes a 4.06-acre joint-use field with a turf field, walking path, and recreational amenities, expanding opportunities for both students and the surrounding community. Photovoltaic canopies and battery energy storage system (BESS) support the school's long-term energy goals.
