Symphony at Del Sur is a mixed-use, wrap multifamily housing community with 169 affordable one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments for rent, plus two manager units, for a total of 171 dwelling units. The residences are housed in a single, wood-framed, three-story, Type V-A building that wraps a four-level, Type I-A concrete parking structure on all four sides.
The mechanically ventilated parking garage provides approximately 310 on-site parking stalls, while roughly 6,000 square feet of retail space is located at the southeast corner of the site. Four courtyards distributed across the site provide residents with outdoor amenities, including hardscaped and landscaped areas.
