The Bellevue Club Expansion & Residential Towers is a high-rise project that will become the first landmark building when approaching the ever-changing skyline of downtown Bellevue from the south along Interstate 405. Situated next to the new East Main light rail station serving the East Link light rail extension currently under construction, this rezoned area allows for transit-oriented development and offers reliable and quick connections to Seattle and regional activities and amenities of the Puget Sound.
The Bellevue Club expansion adds to the Athletic Club’s existing 250,000 square feet of wellness facilities and 66-key hotel. The expansion over its surface parking lot will include a six-story parking structure, with a new indoor natatorium, multipurpose gymnasium, locker room facilities, and two 16-story residential towers atop the podium. A private residential pool and other wellness amenities will serve residential tower residents while offering membership to the Athletic Club facilities as well.
A landscaped promenade between the Bellevue Club and the new structure would create an active pedestrian corridor with ground-level plazas and activities as well as overlooking podium deck amenities with stunning mountain views of the region and downtown Bellevue.
